Returns & Exchanges

At Walli Cases, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Walli Case securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
